GENERAL SHIPPING: We will ship UPS ground or U.S. Parcel Post For UPS delivery, we must have a complete street address. UPS delivery will not be made to a PO Box number.
SHORTAGE: In case of insufficient remittance, if the difference is $3.00 or less, we will omit items. If the difference is over $3.00, we will ship C.O.D. If a C.O.D. shipment is not desired, be sure to state so on order. PACKAGING: We use all possible care in securely wrapping packages. We will not assume any responsibilty for damage or loss while in transit. Items are insured by the shipper.
SHIPPING REGULATIONS: Parcel Post Size limits are 70 lbs. or less, 84" in length or no more than 100 inches in length and girth combined. U.P.S. will accept parcels up to 150 lbs., 84" in length or no more than 130 inches in length and girth combined. Packages exceeding above limitations MUST be shipped by truck. Transportation charges are to be paid by the addressee.
SHIPMENT OF FLUIDS: We cannot ship any fluids to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Foreign Countries. We cannot ship inside or outside the USA. No carriers will not accept shipments of hazardous fluids.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will insure all international orders (including Canada) for value of contents when over $50.00. Items are sent through USPS surface or air delivery. A extra handling charge will be added to order. |
